The property is wooded with carob trees, holm oaks, wild olive trees, and an orchard with fruit trees, including many old orange trees, mandarin trees, a few pear trees, and persimmon trees.
There is a water tank that needs repair, and the remains of three adjacent buildings, which are roofless and in a rather dilapidated state.
Access is via a dirt track, requiring a 4x4 vehicle for much of the year. Located in a very quiet area within the municipality of Gaucin, about 4 km from the main road and about 12 km from the town.
